Our products do not contain harmful substances, making the risk of allergic reactions small.
At Hypogeen, we are committed to describing and displaying our products as accurately as possible so that you know exactly what to expect. However, if the product you receive does not meet your expectations, such as in the case of a damaged package, we understand that this can be disappointing. That’s why we offer you the option to return the product within 30 days. We understand that you want to enjoy your order as soon as possible. On weekdays, we ship all orders placed before 15:00 the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next business day. When you receive it also depends on the delivery service. For the UK, it typically takes 6 to 7 days, and for the USA, it takes 11 to 12 days. If you order before 15:00, you will likely have it at home the next day!
